Terms of service
The terms on which Precision Techserve Pvt Ltd provides InsTIL Pro.
These terms
They govern your use of InsTIL Pro, provided by Precision Techserve Pvt Ltd. Where we have signed a separate written agreement or order form with your organisation, that agreement takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.
Your subscription
A subscription is for one of the published plans and runs from the date your workspace is made available. Each plan sets the number of technicians who may work tickets and the number of assets that may be tracked. People who only raise or approve requests are not counted and are not limited.
What is included
Both the ITSM and ITAM modules, a one-time tool configuration, and technical and configuration support for one year or ninety hours of effort, whichever is reached first. Support beyond that is available and quoted separately.
Fees
Fees are those published at instilonline.com/pricing or set out in your order form, are stated in Indian Rupees, are billed monthly and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where a subscription is purchased through the Microsoft commercial marketplace, billing is handled by Microsoft under its own terms and appears on your Microsoft invoice.
Your data
The data you put into your workspace remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, and each customer's workspace is a separate database with its own subdomain and attachment store. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
Keeping your administrator credentials secure, enrolling users in multi-factor authentication, and making sure the people you give access to are entitled to the data they can see. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you put into the platform.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to respond to support requests within one business day. Planned maintenance is notified in advance. Any committed availability or response target beyond this is set out in your agreement with us.
Ending a subscription
Either of us may end a subscription in the manner set out in your agreement. On termination we stop processing your workspace data and delete it after the agreed period; you may ask for an export before then.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, the limits of our liability are those recorded in the written agreement between us.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects a live subscription we will tell the customer before it takes effect.
