How Precision Techserve Pvt Ltd collects, uses and protects personal data through this website and the InsTIL Pro platform.
Who we are
Precision Techserve Pvt Ltd, part of the Precision Group, is the controller of the personal data described here. InsTIL Pro is our IT service and asset management platform, and instilonline.com is its website.
What we collect from this website
Only what you type into a form. The subscription form asks for your company name, type, size and location, your name, designation, work email and telephone number, the workspace address you would like, and the size of your IT team and asset estate. The support form asks for your name, company, email, optional telephone number and your message. Nothing is collected by a form you have not submitted.
Why we use it
To answer you, to prepare and provide the service you asked for, and to administer the resulting subscription. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How a form submission travels
It is sent over TLS to our application, which emails it to our own team at instil-support@precisionit.co.in through a mail server we operate. The reply address is set to yours so that a reply reaches you directly.
Data inside your workspace
An InsTIL Pro workspace holds data you put into it — your tickets, assets, users and configuration. Each customer has a separate database, subdomain and attachment store; no customer's data is stored in a shared application schema. For that data we act as a processor on your instructions, under the agreement between us.
Where it is held
Workspaces are hosted in the region agreed with you when your subscription is set up. If your organisation requires data to remain inside your own network, InsTIL Pro can be deployed on your premises instead.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and subscription correspondence is kept for as long as we have a relationship with your organisation, and afterwards only where we are required to keep it. Workspace data is retained for the term of your subscription and is deleted after it ends, in line with the agreement between us.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to instil-support@precisionit.co.in and we will respond. If the data sits inside a customer's workspace, we will refer the request to that customer, who decides what happens to it.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. If measurement is added, this page will say what it is before it is switched on.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so here, and tell customers whose subscription is affected.
